Fulfillment Specialist Jobs

Dora Maar is looking for a Fulfillment Assistant to join our growing team in NYC. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, interest in helping our team in becoming more efficient and helping grow a new and exciting fashion e-commerce company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive, condition check, and crosscheck all returned merchandise on Trello board
• Pack and prepare all unfulfilled orders using Shipstation
• Communicate with the Merchandising Team regarding all merchandise pulls for PR, stylists, and campaigns using messenger services.
• Use Shopify to print all newly launched product tags, and attach tags to all merchandise
• Communicate with Merchandise Team to coordinate returns of consignor merchandise
• Oversee warehouse tasks including consignment inventory stock + pulls, returns, tailor/cleaners scheduling, etc.
• Organize warehouse by putting away all launched and tagged merchandise

They should possess excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, be detail oriented, be a reliable team player, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is a part-time, contract position being 3 days a week, 4 hours each day, based in our Brooklyn, NY studio and will follow CDC guidelines in line with in-person office work. This position can potentially transition into a full-time position.
