Job Description
As the Process Improvement (Procedure/Process Writer), you will contribute to our team's goal; which is to improve end-to-end processes, improve the customer experience, decrease risks, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. You will also consult on strategic improvement efforts through execution of current state assessments, quantitative analyses, and ideal future state designs. Our Associates are great teammates, have high emotional intelligence, strong influencing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a part of the team, you will work closely with Process Improvement Lead to study, learn, and analyze complex process challenges, identify root causes, and design innovative solutions to close performance gaps.
Job Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of Continuous Improvement opportunities
  • Develop process maps / procedures / identify risks / controls
  • Lead workstreams and team members
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Perform competitor and industry research
  • Influence, design, and develop tactical process improvement plans
  • Analyze large quantity of data, apply a range of analytical tools, synthesize insights, and support the development of strategic solutions
  • Be a recognized culture carrier who performs with consistency, integrity, and humility
  • Solve complex business problems
  • Work with Process Improvement Manager to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Avid-learner who is genuinely curious and committed to developing new skills
  • Self-motivated and executes deliverables with speed and precision
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Expert skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated experience in lean deployment, process improvement, or re-engineering efforts
  • Experienced presenter with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required or advanced degree preferable
  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience in business analysis of IT systems
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Change Management Principles, Organization Design, or Strategic engagements
  • Consulting experience
