How You’ll Contribute To Our Mission:

• You’ll be one of the first engineers at Wieldy and with that, you will help drive the overall culture of the company.
• Build tooling and support for tracking and triage
• You’ll bring your experience to bear to help to improve the overall team. These functions go outside of even engineering. We’re here to work as a team!
• Build and scale the first Wieldy platform solution by setting the direction with the CTO
• As an owner of several customer-facing products, provide occasional on-call support

Who You Are:

• You have proficiencies in HTML, and CSS, and have worked with one or more Typescript frameworks, such as React.
• Proactively thinking about building applications to scale while considering such things as maintenance, resiliency, and robustness.
• You have 2+ years of experience building high-quality production software.
• A mentor to engineers less and more experienced than yourself.
• You enjoy ideating design concepts that will turn into Frontend Components
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for collaborating with other teams and driving projects to success.
• You are a self-starter who thrives working independently and in a team environment
• You are able to collaborate with a team on projects and drive projects independently when needed.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working directly with UI/UX designers
• Domain knowledge of Healthcare, more specifically the Dental industry
• Experience working with Figma
• Experience building platforms for operationally intensive businesses
• Experience at a rapid-growth startup

We think the salary for this role will be between $100,000- $175,000, in addition to a competitive equity structure, but it will vary depending on skills and experiences.
