Job Description

Are you a talented and passionate Frontend React Developer with mid-level experience? Join our team at GrolTech and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications. This is a remote, full-time position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently with efficiency and take ownership of tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Apply your design sense to create visually appealing user interfaces and ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Perform regular application maintenance, including updates, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
  • Translate specifications into functioning features, ensuring the seamless execution of project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to set up and work within the Rails stack, adapting to its unique characteristics and challenges.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Tailwind CSS and ReactJS, leveraging your skills to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
  • Contribute to new feature development through collaborative brainstorming and requirement analysis, followed by front-end development implementation.


Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and efficient, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Tailwind CSS and ReactJS, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality code.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Frontend React Developer, preferably in a mid-level position.
  • Familiarity with working within the Rails stack and understanding its quirks (is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent design skills and the ability to create visually appealing user interfaces.
