Front End Engineer I

As a Frontend Engineer - I supporting the ECommerce team, you can expect to own and solve complex problems dealing with all aspects of our world class ECommerce platform. As we scale across the globe, we need your help building world class UI experiences. Powered by some of the best-in-class libraries, components and platforms. 

What you’ll do? 

• Act as a customer advocate and as a leader in everything you do. 
• Don’t settle for good enough, share and develop best practices with your team and partners. 
• Design, implement and deploy customer facing Frontend applications that enable key business objectives. 
• Work collaboratively with product designers, product managers and other engineers to devise innovative and frugal solutions.
• Dive deep to understand technical and product complexities, simplify into straightforward and easy to maintain software. 

What drives success for this role:

• Fundamental production experience in developing software interfaces through collaboration with other developers
• Owns changes to be made from definition to support in production
• Have a desire to learn new tools, frameworks, and languages
• Bachelors in software engineering or similar degree

Tech Stack:

• 1+ years of production experience in ReactJS, Redux, ECMAScript 6+, TypeScript, Angular.
• Experience in “microservices” based architectures
• JavaScript & React experience is a must!
• SQL/NoSQL databases
• RESTful webservices
