$35.70 - $51.00 (est. hourly)

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Front End Developer. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing software and using experience to help improve user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong react development experience and hands on experience with Python and Mongo DB.

Duties:

• Create designs for new features while ensuring design framework is followed with an existing feature set
• Communicate requirements, design to development team, and hands on development
• Organize and retain technical project knowledge with a thorough knowledge management process
• Demonstrate in-depth skills in analyzing and resolving defects
• Provide technical innovation on software projects through all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write functions for accessing databases and retrieving data out of oracle tables

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of deployment ops and database technologies through to front-end frameworks
• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience with Node.js on the back-end
• Experience in Rest API development
• 2+ years of front-end development and DevOps experience
• Experience with MongoDB
• Understanding of both OOP and Functional stacks, Relational and NoSQL Data Stores, Streaming Applications, and system development and maintenance
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Experience with React.js on the front-end
