Job Description

We are a leading accounting firm that provides a range of services to clients across various industries. We are looking for a receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers.


As a receptionist, you will be responsible for:


  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying and data entry
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages and handling inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings and events
  • Supporting the accounting staff with various projects as needed
  • Maintaining the reception area, office supplies and equipment
  • Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate staff member or office


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • At least one year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A technology-driven mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • A supportive and collaborative approach to working with team members
