Job Description
We are looking for a energetic, reliable motivated Medical Front Desk Receptionist for our Murfreesboro Low T Clinic!


We at Low-T Center are here to offer customized programs for everyone's health goals and needs. We specialize in helping people change their lifestyle by assisting them with one of our personalized programs such as hormone replacement for hormonal imbalance, treatment of dietary consultations, nutrition programs, and weight loss treatments.


A Client Account manager/Medical Receptionist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day account activities of our company's customers. The Client Account Manager role includes helping the company in retaining its customers. He/she acts as the mouthpiece of the company to always keep the customer happy and responsive. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.


Medical Front Desk Receptionist/Client Account Manager Responsibilities


  • Update and schedule appointments, call missed appointments.
  • Partner with team members to create the optimal patient experience.
  • Daily lite cleaning duties to keep office organized and pleasant.
  • Process intake of new patients and discuss services efficiently with patients.
  • Collect payment for services and make bank deposits.
  • Maintain and manage patient records, privacy and security as required by law.
  • Contact new patient inquires within 24 hours.
  • Verify Insurance.
  • Monthly inventory and ordering.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Professional appearance and communication (written and oral).


Job Qualifications


  • Experience with EMR systems.
  • Proof of High school diploma
  • Pass a Background check.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office word and excel.
  • Effectively manage high volume of patients and calls simultaneously.
  • At least 6 Experience with Medical Front office reception
  • Customer service background
  • Medical assisting experience preferred.
  • Paid Training will be either in Fayetteville AR or Houston for 2 weeks with Travel provided. Training for this position will not happen at Tulsa.


Required Clinical Hours


M 8-5, T 8-7 W 8-1, Th 7-5 F 8-5 and 3 Saturdays (8am-12:30pm) a month. When working Saturday you will have a weekday off
