$17 per hour
Thursday-Saturday 7am-7pm
We are looking for someone with a passion for both hospitality and customer service. Between answering phone calls, serving as a first responder and liaison between emergency personnel, helping to coordinate communication between residents and other team members, and generally knowing everything that’s going on in every corner of the building, our Front Desk team stays extremely busy!
You will be directly responsible for Resident happiness! Your job duties will include hourly interaction with our residents to help assist them with a variety of tasks including being a first responder, meal reminders and scheduling transportation requests. You will also be responsible for answering phones and helping assist with the ebb and flow of resident and guest questions as people come to you for answers.
We are looking for someone who has a willing spirit and a flexible schedule. As we are hospitality focused and because we care for seniors, you will be expected to work weekend and holiday shifts as assigned. You will also be trained to work the overnight shift and will work that as needed for vacations or illness.
The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license as you will be operating Touchmark vehicles
• Be available to work overnights, weekends and holidays as needed and scheduled
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
• Be excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have at least two years of experience as in a busy setting, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality environment
• Be able to physically cover the expanse of our large campus quickly as needed
