As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests with a smile and ensuring they have an amazing stay. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist guests with any needs or issues that arise.

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Very good computer skills
