Situated just 2.5 miles from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, the tropically landscaped Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort boasts 208 beautiful, one and two-bedroom, residential-style accommodations spread among 14 two-story buildings. Our property allows you the ideal opportunity to help create remarkable guest experiences in a fun and rewarding environment. As part of the Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort team, you will help provide guests a home away from home at our amazing resort that features complimentary scheduled shuttle service to the Las Vegas Strip and Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.



There are no do-overs with vacations. You know what people need and are legendary at winning them over. You understand that every check-in is the first impression, and every check-out could be a lasting one. As a Front Desk Agent with Westgate Resorts, you will be part of an award-winning brand!

As a Front Desk Agent, you will efficiently check guests into and out of the resort by performing the following duties, in addition to offering impeccable customer service.

  • Ability to listen to and find solutions for guests’ challenges
  • Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
  • Computes bills, collects payments, and makes changes for guests.
  • Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests, issuing room keys

Qualifications


To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English conversationally. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be to lift to 15lbs
  • Excellent customer service skills
