Freelance Associate Producer (Remote)

Our client, a top sports betting company, is looking for a Freelance Associate Producer to partner closely with their internal Creative, Stakeholder, Brand and Project Management teams.
In this role you will serve as the producer for various projects, managing a variety of all aspects, including: gathering all pertinent information up front, developing and sharing budget and schedule with key members of the Production Group, and managing vendor(s) needed for each specific project that you are running. This work requires great attention to detail, organizational skills and consistent and thorough communication.
You must have a willingness to travel if/when required to be in-person for a shoot, edit or key meeting.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Reach team and Extreme Reach to manage quality control (QC) and the delivery process.
• Partner closely with Creative, Stakeholder and Brand and Project Management teams.
• Drive all necessary approvals by DK stakeholders (reach team, legal, sports partnership) as well as external patterns (talent/talent partnerships) for your projects prior to finalizing and shipping.
• Bid/schedule/create production estimates for work needed and get all necessary approvals before work begins.
• Maintain projects in production status doc by updating key dates and relevant internal links for key projects.
• Coordinate with external partners to organize/schedule VO records/mixes.
• Manage all elements of booking talent for your projects, including generating talent paperwork (contracts/scripts) and collaborating with the Business Affairs team pre-recording/booking talent.
• Work with Creative team for inclusion of any key assets in your projects(music/stock footage/logos/gfx/legal disclaimers).
• Collaborate with Project Managers to intake new requests and scheduling for TV projects.
• Post-Produce updating of campaigns with external/internal resources.
• Maintain organized tracking system of estimates and timely submission of invoices to Payables department, and attend periodic, key budget meetings to report actuals.
