Job Description
Printpack in Elgin, IL is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Forklift Operator position on a 3/2 rotating day shift (7am - 7pm). This position requires a minimum of one to three years’ experience of material handling and stand-up fork lift operation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Performance of routine safety inspections and of fork lift equipment

  • Loading and unloading semi trucks
  • Efficient operation of stand-up and sit-down fork lift to move materials
  • Moving material, general support of warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material handling functions
Minimum Requirements
  • General understanding of rack numbering systems, tags, raw materials, and WIP
  • Willing to work overtime when required material handling in warehouse
  • High School Diploma or GED not required
  • Willing to work a day or night shift
  • 1-3 years of material handling experience and stand-up fork lift operation required
