FORKLIFT DRIVERS for our BURLINGTON, NJ, located at 600 Richards Run, Burlington, NJ 08016

Trane Technologies, the global leader in innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world, is seeking Forklift Drivers in Burlington, New Jersey.

As a Forklift Driver, you be responsible for loading and unloading trucks of finished goods and raw materials. You will transact and put away Finished Goods coming from our manufacturing facility from Trenton, NJ and will pick, transact, and load product onto trailers for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe work environment by following safety rules and company policies
• Maintain regular attendance
• Transact and move Finished Goods as part of Inbound and Outbound teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through use of RF scanners and computer systems

Qualifications:

• Must successfully pass in-house training to use Fork/Clamp Trucks Industrial Vehicles
• Experience with computer systems is desirable
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand specifications
• Must obtain in-house Plant Industrial Truck Operator Certification
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Training requirements:

• You will be required to attend and pass a 1-day in-house Plant Industrial Truck Operator Certification class held at our Trenton, New Jersey facility
• You will be required to attend a 2-day New Hire orientation held at our Trenton, New Jersey facility
• Upon successful completion of the following: 2-day New Hire Orientation, obtaining your Plant Industrial Truck Operator Certification and completion of hands-on training in our Trenton, New Jersey facility, you will report directly to our Burlington, New Jersey facility for work
• You will be required to operate and complete hands-on training on a Fork/Clamp truck in our Trenton, New Jersey location immediately after you obtain your in-house Truck Operator Certification

Starting rate: $17.75/hr; shift differential for 2nd shift

Shifts available: 1st and 2nd shift
