Job Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and voicemail messages in a timely manner
• Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer to appropriate departments
• Update and maintain call logs and customer database
• Assist customers in booking appointments and providing program information
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate as necessary

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Connect, and Google Applications
• Ability to handle stress and difficult situations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Experience conducting QA/QC audits
• Fluency in French is an asset

Compensation: $18/hour CAD
