Starting Pay $15.00

SCOPE AND MAIN

PURPOSE OF JOB: Responsible for upholding the reputation of the Feast of the Rock by serving the guests and exceeding their expectations of their dining experience.


PREREQUISITES:

General: Must be age 18 or older. Must qualify for Tribal non-gaming license.


Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

Base pay $15.00


Experience: Some experience in the restaurant business preferred. Must be customer driven and able to reach each guests wants and needs and be able to exceed their expectations.


Physical: Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
