Food Service Worker Jobs

Avenues Recovery Center of Prince Frederick, MD, a unique community-based residential style 90-day program, is seeking to hire Food Service Personnel!

The Food Service Employee will be responsible to performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service environments. May perform such duties as preparing salad items, hot foods, and/or cold foods, and/or assisting in the preparation of bakery items, as appropriate to the position.

Duties Include But Not Limited To

• Answer any customer questions
• Clean the kitchen as needed
• Help the cooks with food preparation
• Help out in the kitchen as needed
• Follow food safety regulations at all times
• Keep the kitchen clean and orderly
• Create simple food items such as salad
• Deliver food orders to customers

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
