Food Runner ( With Extensive Boh Knowledge)

Job Title: Food Runner
Seeking an energetic Team player to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional
dining experience for all of our guests, supporting bar, server and kitchen staff in daily operations.
Responsibilities Duties:

• Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
• Ensure guests have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
• Handle various impromptu requests from customers
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting up tables; setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
• Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
• Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean; replacing damaged or soiled pages.
• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or mopping floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Keen observation and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
• Ability to work long busy days on your feet, lifting heavy objects such as trash bags, kegs, or bus pans.
• Ability to work in a Team environment. You will be working with servers, other bussers, & cooks to make a great experience for our guests. Being a team player is essential.
