Job Description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY -Seeking passionate, professional, fun-loving food runners and bussers for Osteria Morini. The restaurant is located at Roosevelt Field Mall and features a spacious dining room, full bar, and comfortable outside patio for al fresco dining. Since opening in October 2019, Morini is highly regarded as one of the Top Italian Restaurants in Long Island.

Osteria Morini, with locations in NYC, NJ, Long Island, DC, and Miami Beach, operates as part of Altamarea Group (NYC favorites Marea & Ai Fiori), an award-winning global hospitality firm with 15 restaurants worldwide and, through its talented team of employees, creates special memories through exceptional hospitality, delivering the highest level of food and service across distinct brands and concepts. Altamarea Group offers staff an opportunity to work with high-quality Italian cuisine and a management team firmly committed to investing in and developing talent.

Runner / Busser Responsibilities include:
  • Respond immediately to guests needs and requests
  • Multitask between running food, bussing tables, polishing, making beverages, checking guest restrooms, and all other duties that may be needed to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain clean dining room and restaurant while adhering to all health and safety standards
Runner / Busser Requirements include:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Highly organized, efficient, and meticulous
  • Physical requirements include: ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 35lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
  • Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
  • Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant
