As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our flagship mobile app, contributing your expertise to elevate the user experience and functionality to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and maintainable code using Flutter, ensuring high-quality performance and responsiveness across various devices.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure the app's stability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the app's functionality and overall quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers, to define, design, and ship new features for the Believe LLC mobile app.
• Optimize the app for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Participate in the full app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Experience with Agile software development process
• Experience with third-party libraries and API integration.
• Strong understanding of Git pipeline
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile app architecture patterns.
• Experience with software architecture paradigms and design patterns
• In-depth knowledge of Flutter framework and widgets.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer, with a track record of successful Flutter app development.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with at least one native development platform, iOS or Android
• Experience with Kotlin is a plus
