Floor Supervisor - Seraphine At Macy's (Miami - Aventura)

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for someone to be the first person on the ground at our brand new concession in Macy's Miami - Aventura branch, in a Supervisor position to oversee the operational running of the store and the achievement of sales targets.

You will help enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively, ensuring that our customer’s needs are met and exceeded. You will also ensure that your team delivers a high standard of service in order to constantly improve the sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets.

Main Duties And Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all members of staff are focusing on UPT & ATV
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Deal with queries that arise from staff or customers
• Complete store opening and closing procedures, with rotas being updated regularly and on time, general administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Write weekly reports, communicating your store’s business performance against LY and Budget (when applicable) and highlighting any areas of concern
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Take part in stock controls and inventory audits as and when required
• Develop business strategies to increase footfall, and drive sales and profitability
• Meet store sales goals by assisting with training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Requirements

• Be proactive in your approach, anticipate problems and develop, own and action solutions
• Proven successful experience as a retail supervisor/manager
• Lead by example, demonstrating high standards in all areas, promoting and managing team morale and motivation
• Able to meet deadlines and prioritise as required
• Have a friendly, engaging and enthusiastic personality
• Be a Positive Seraphine Ambassador upholding the company standards
• Be confident in managing all customer related tasks
• A natural team player with the ability to step up and lead when required
