Flex Assistant Stylist Spv - South Coast Plaza - Costa Mesa, Ca

The FLEX Salesperson Video Assistant Stylist will partner with on-set crews and Product teams to prep samples for video shoots, and partner with stores to obtain merchandise for video filming as needed. The goal is to ensure efficient preparation of all video items in coordination with weekly shoot schedules and product volume. Flexibility in hours during peak periods may be required. Travel between store locations may be required.

• Bachelor’s or Associates of Arts degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience

• Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships

• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards

• Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Flexible, and able to respond immediately to business changes and priorities.

• Ability to lift 30 pounds
