Fixed Asset Accountant Jobs

To support the accounting function through detailed oversight of Company assets, whether capitalized or expensed. This will include general journal entry processing, account reconciliation processing, general accounting matters and projects, and all related schedules and roll-forwards, as well as other items as requested. Must effectively communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a high level of customer service. Must contribute to the team effort by accomplishing common departmental goals and initiatives. This position reports to Centralized Accounting Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

-Play a key role in the company's month-end close process by posting journal entries and maintaining supporting documents with regards to Fixed Assets

-Prepare various account reconciliations and roll-forward schedules, related to Fixed Assets

Qualifications

-4+ years of Accounting experience

-Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
