Job Description
Midtown is searching for a Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to join our team and inspire our members to transform their lives!
The Position
What you’ll do: Engage Midtown members and work closely with them to achieve their goals, provide excellent member service, maintain our resort-like environment.
You’ll start as a Coach on Duty, integrating into the culture of Midtown and acting as the information hub and ambassador of fitness at Midtown Weston. This role helps build your client base as a new Midtown coach, while fostering an in-depth understanding of club life and an overall appreciation for individual member needs, which are integral to your success as a Coach.
Coach responsibilities:
  • Inspiring our members, while fostering a “yearn to return” culture.
  • Building your community, maintaining a resort-like environment.
  • Offering personal attention and expertise to our members.
Coach requirements:
  • Maintain at least one nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to certify upon employment.
  • A love of fitness and movement.
  • A passion for serving others, and desire to be part of a team that wins together.
  • Please note: The hours for this role are variable, can include weekends, and 3-4 hour shifts can range from opening hours to closing.
