As Fine Dining Busser, you'll provide enthusiastic, courteous, and professional service to our guests.

Additionally, you'll:

  • Supply work stations with an adequate supply of dishware and flatware.
  • Provide a comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Clean and set up tables.
  • Provide bread and water service.
  • Interact professionally with guests and associates.
  • Assist servers with food delivery and other requests.
  • Function as an ambassador for MotorCity Casino Hotel.
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicating with servers as necessary.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Scheduling flexibility, including holidays and weekends.
  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy trays and move tables and chairs as needed.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Bussing experience a must.
