- Educate our customers on information specific to their retirement plan and offerings
- Provide appropriate investment solutions to existing customers and help expand the acquisition of new customers
- Cultivate relationships with our customers and provide them guidance to assist with making the right decisions about their retirement savings

- Demonstrated customer service, relationship management and sales skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- Problem-solving skills and ability to engage with customers, ask questions, share thoughts & offer solutions
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably phone sales
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to learn new information quickly and independently
- Current FINRA licenses and/or ability to successfully obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within corporate-established timelines and complete FINRA fingerprinting upon hire; paid study time and materials for required licenses
- Effective communication skills and comfortable interacting with others
- A growth mindset to meet company and team sales goal
- Any experience in Financial Services preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to advance your career and promote to a Senior Retirement Consultant
- Understanding and/or interest in helping people with their personal finances (i.e. IRAs, retirement, investments).
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and prior experience with SalesForce a plus
- Business Resource Groups (BRGs) - internal networks that rally around common interest, experiences and identities such as race, ethnicity, gender, ability, military status and sexual orientation. BRGs play a vital role in educating and engaging our people and advancing our business priorities.
