Financial Analyst- $85K/Year Plus 10% Bonus, Fully Remote Now And Moving To Hybrid

Our client is a fully integrated real estate investment firm focused on development and investment opportunities in Boston and the surrounding region. They specialize in residential investments and development nationally. We are looking for dynamic, collaborative, progressive thinking to join the team.
They are looking for a Financial Analyst who will have a dynamic set of assets they're responsible for all the reporting & analysis over.
Development Accountant Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization’s historical track record integrating historical and liquidation values on a quarterly basis
• Develop, maintain, update and analyze comprehensive financial models, integrating both historical, current, and proforma information; work closely with various levels of the organization to effectively identify and address business issues through models and presentations, and prepare for ad-hock and regular meetings
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the various business drivers of our industry and apply the knowledge in developing, maintaining, and analyzing financial models
• Maintain valuation models for select divisions and/or entities on a quarterly basis

Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi and Argus a plus, not mandatory
• Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in real estate/construction/development
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization.
