Finance Data Entry Clerk

Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC, is a Denver law firm representing homeowner and property owner associations throughout the beautiful state of Colorado. We are seeking a part-time Finance Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role will be approximately 10 hours per week and other than the initial and some periodic training, can be done remotely.

$23 - $28 hourly

• Accounts Payable - process invoices and bill costs to client accounts; review and reconcile invoice issues
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned
• Accounts Receivable - post client payments; research and apply unallocated payments
• Record credit card transactions

• Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Criminal Background check required
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
• 2+ years of previous experience as an accounting clerk or bookkeeper required
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Standard)
