Job Purpose
The Finance Assistant is responsible for providing general support for the Finance & Accounting team. This team ensures the financial statements adhere to company policies and meet international accounting standards. The team is also responsible for generating monthly financial data and provides finance analysis and support to various corporate divisions.
Travel Requirements

Job Duties And Responsibilities
Review and manage incoming emails from vendors in Outlook and move to proper folders
Create AP Tickets in SharePoint for non-PO invoices
Pull invoices from online vendor accounts
Enter invoices in SAP
Review vendor statements
Assist in other tasks as assigned
Required Skills

• Ability to organize documentation and support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
• Completion of several Accounting courses to provide an understanding of basic AP and GL processes. Should be working towards a degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-review work

Desired Skills

• Experience with SAP a plus
• Clerical or data entry experience a plus
• Experience with SharePoint a plus
