You'll have...

  • Superior ability to interact with management

  • 1+ year of Financial Planning and Analyst experience
  • Able to simultaneously balance multiple and diverse assignments
  • Familiarity in operational finance and profit analysis forecasting
  • Ability to thrive in white space environment and lead projects from start to closure

  • Outstanding oral, writing, and presentation skills
  • 3+ years of financial experience

What you'll do...

  • Corporate Finance Liaison – Serve as liaison to Corporate Finance for Ford Blue updates, including assisting with gaining alignment on key assumptions and timing Ford Blue Finance Leadership Reviews – Prepare and present backup material for Ford Blue Leadership Reviews
  • Skill Team Liaison – Serve as liaison to Skill Teams for Ford Blue updates, including assisting with reconciling management schedules to IMPRS (for variances and absolutes)
  • Consolidate Global Ford Blue financials for corporate reporting (monthly actuals and forecast, quarterly earnings, annual budget, and business plan)
  • Manage IMPRS profit matrices and income statements, including vehicle line income statements
  • Complete special studies per Management's request
  • Develop work plans & instruction letters – including roles, responsibilities, and timing – to support Ford Blue reporting
