Job Description

The Field Service Technicians (FST) are our "boots on the ground". They are on job sites, performing the various testing, installs, and repairs necessary for each job site and recording all findings using our proprietary software, TANCS. Prior career paths that typically excel in our roles would be: HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanics, Electrician, Carpenters, and Cable Technicians.


We Are Looking For People Who


  • Adhere to a DOT physical & drug screen, DMV check, and background check, all of which are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law.
  • Can lift up to 70lbs as well as stoop, bend, and kneel
  • Have a mechanical aptitude, any experience in trades, over the road driving, and/or experience in any industrial/commercial settings
  • Able to work independently (after you are trained that is) and has basic knowledge of computers, and/or tablet or phones for data entry
  • Can comfortably travel in a multi-state area, in some cases being away from home multiple nights in a row, hotels and a generous per diem is provided
  • Are able to communicate effectively
  • Can be consistent with applicable laws and follow strict safety and technical protocols


What are the primary responsibilities?


  • Enter and analyze test results into company computer and be able to communicate any issues or findings to Operations team for further direction
  • Perform site assessments or surveys as well as associated procedures
  • Install equipment and or testing of tank gauge systems
  • Conduct leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping
  • Manage and report inventory of parts and supplies on company vehicle

Pay is base salary plus 5% of Revenue. Average starting salary is 40-42k plus 5%. Typical first year for new technician is 54-56k.
