Required skills and qualifications

• BA degree in EE or RF fulfills desirable but not mandatory.
• Positions self to install equipment in buildings, high places, roofs, and surfaces with complex layouts, including using stairs and carrying equipment.
• Experience developing technical documentation, procedures, and quality systems.
• Ability to manage remote teams in different countries.
• Five or more years of experience in a field technician support role.
• Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot current and ongoing installations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a good asset but not mandatory.
• Robust electronic testing and system design skills.
• Strong focus on quality control.
