Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems (DCS/Scada/PLC/Controllers). You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will achieve revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will fix any technical or administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate customer request
- Work as a team member in projects and system migration.
- Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
- Quick response to customer in an emergency and periodic support
- Write documentation used by field technicians
- Educate customer and field technicians
- Work with peers to provide solution to technical issues in regional customers
- Schedule field jobs according customer needs.
This position will require up to 70% travel within Puerto Rico during the first year as you become familiar with our customers and processes.
YOU MUST HAVE
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident due to contractual requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering

- English Speaking/Reading Intermediate
- Good presentation skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Good written and oral communication
