Automotive Finance Manager

Our team is looking to add a Finance Manager to our growing team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with products intended to protect their vehicle purchase. In addition, our Finance Manager will work with lenders to obtain financing approvals and complete all vehicle purchase paperwork.

Additional responsibilities of the Finance Manager are as follows:

• Maintain top customer service scores.
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Maintain required certifications and licensing for the position.
• Assist sales team with active customer engagement.
• Meet minimum sales objectives and standards.

Requirements

• Be a team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Previous experience in automotive is required. Prior experience in F&I beneficial but not required.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Through knowledge about the automotive car buying process.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
