Job Description
Are you a responsible and reliable individual with excellent driving skills? Join Rader Logistics Inc’s team as a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Ooltewah, TN, and be a part of our transportation and logistics operations. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.


  • No CDL License required**


Responsibilities:


  • Load packages onto the delivery vehicle and deliver them to their designated destinations. This involves accurately locating addresses, navigating efficiently, and organizing packages for optimal delivery efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a friendly and professional attitude. Interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle.
  • Utilize scanning technology and electronic devices to track and record delivery information.
  • Load and unload packages, ensuring they are securely handled to prevent damage.
  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, such as a cargo van or step van, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues or damage promptly.


Work Schedule: 4 Days/week including Saturdays


Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and mapping applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is preferred. Freshers with valid driving license can also apply.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
