Position Summary:

As a Family Office Partner, you will play an essential role in LemVega Capital's growth and strategic vision, leveraging your deep understanding of sophisticated investment strategies and your extensive network of high-net-worth individuals and family offices. You will either join as a limited partner, contributing your capital, or collaborate with your investors to partner with our firm, providing us with valuable capital influx.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team and board to implement strategic vision and direction for the firm.
• Ensure consistent alignment with regulatory requirements and ethical investment practices.
• Leverage your existing network and relationships within the Family Office ecosystem to attract potential investors and Limited Partners.
• Participate in quarterly reviews and performance meetings, contributing insights to guide future investment decisions.
• Actively partner with the Managing Partners and investment teams to evaluate and execute investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in establishing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships within the family office and high-net-worth individual community.
• Exceptional understanding of hedge funds and biotech venture capital, with a clear ability to articulate complex strategies to potential investors.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with an ability to identify and seize unique investment opportunities.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence at all organizational levels.
• Extensive experience in the Family Office sector, with a demonstrated history of managing and growing high-net-worth portfolios.
