Job Description

We’re looking for a breakfast attendant with excellent people skills who is motivated and attentive to provide our guests with a memorable experience. You will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the dinner tables, reception tables, and buffet tables after function. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service and has experience working in a food service role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Assist other employees when needed.
  • Be trained in housekeeping as you will be given guest room duties.
  • Every week receive and put away the breakfast items when they are delivered.
  • Be neat, well groomed, and in proper uniform.
  • Wash and put away all the dishes.
  • Every week prepare an inventory list of breakfast items.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Inform supervisor of any problems and/or guest complaints.
  • Set up breakfast room as described by the housekeeping supervisor and management.
  • Clean all the tables.
  • Sweep and mop the floor.
  • Take and complete a course to receive a food service handling card.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation at all times.
  • Adheres to all company policies & procedures & brand standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies as well as brand standards.
  • Provide prompt and professional service during meal functions.
  • Promote Company Mission, Vision and Core Values.
  • Move the coffee bar and all items needed to the lobby and fully stock it.
  • Put all food away after breakfast in correct packaging and areas.
  • Stock the breakfast room as needed.
  • Provide service by helping guests if they ask.

  • Requires finger dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must have the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must have good communication skills, Spanish speaking skills a plus.
