Responsibilities

A Residential Public Area Attendant is responsible for keeping all residential common areas, both interior and exterior, in addition to the administrative areas clean and well stocked.

Job Duties:

• M aintain all equipment and supplies and use them in a proper manner
• Cleans all common areas including elevators /lifts , elevator /lift doors, windo ws, carpets as well as collect garbage/ trash throughout the property
• K eep Housekeeping storage areas tidy and correctly stocked, and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order . To be responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment.
• Cleans and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards
• C heck, clean and restock all residential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room, residential corridors , and all common areas ( e.g. gym, pool , theatre, resident’s lounge, etc.) and heart- of-house space (inclusive of office space etc . )
• The ability to spot all furniture and keep it in its proper place
• Anticipates residents’ needs and takes ownership of concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure satisfaction. Offers a special personalized touch w hen an opportunity is presented .
• The ability to offer assistance to any resident in a courteous and friendly manner
• Operates the washers and dryers to ensure we process pool terry, gym terry and other in-house laundry needs in an expedient manner, consistent with core standards
• Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery ; reports defects and accidents to management immediately . Is competent in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures a nd trained in accident response .
• Supports the F&B program by keeping kitchen areas and storage areas clean, supporting inventory control, and assisting with the delivery of grab and go, drop and go, as well as table service in the Resident’s Lounge.
• Supports the F&B program by keeping the stewarding areas clean and supporting the culinary team with the cleaning and replenishment of kitchen items and operating supplies.

Additional Responsibilities

• To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned
• Form part of the Emergency Response team while on shift
• Ability to enforce rules and regulation with residents
• Ability to carry out any other cle aning duties as assigned by the Residential Leader
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, set-ups and standards in the pool and fitness Center areas and have the ability to provide proper and safe operation of the equipment in these areas
• Support sustainable efforts as set out by the property
• A bility to handle lost and found items in coordination with Security Manager

Skills/Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have:

• Ability t o work with minimal supervision
• Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills
• Fluent in English, r eading and writing
• Secondary education
