¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Mantenimiento preventivo y administración de repuestos:
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo, las tareas de mantenimiento correctivo y un correcto servicio de los proveedores.
Coordinar y supervisar a los proveedores que prestan servicio estableciendo dirección en función de las prioridades.
Asegurar el desarrollo, la implementación y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de mantenimiento y operación de equipos.
Emitir, procesar y controlar las órdenes de trabajo, siguiendo métricas de cumplimiento.
Revisión, análisis y archivo de las órdenes de trabajo ejecutadas.
Coordinar y apoyar los servicios generales de planta.
Coordinar y apoyar en las situaciones de emergencia y/o urgencias en la operación.
Administración de solicitudes de trabajo y mantenimiento correctivo:
Evaluación y coordinación de solicitudes de trabajo.
Coordinación y seguimiento de trabajos de terceros.
Compras (servicios, insumos, repuestos, proyectos menores):
Desarrollar especificaciones y dar soporte técnico a la gestión de compras.
Especificación de materiales y servicios. Solicitud de repuestos, carga de solicitudes de compras y facturas.
Atención a proveedores (en planta, vía mail, telefónicamente).
Seguimiento de órdenes de compra, recepción de materiales y reclamos.
