Job Description

Reports to:Operations Manager

Location:Georgia (relocation available)

Job Overview:

As an Extrusion Process Engineer you will participate in the quoting process, selecting different manufacturing methods and selecting appropriate compounds, while working closely with customers during the design stage of the process.

Being very hands on you’ll be resolving manufacturing problems, and troubleshooting production issues, and will work closely with the production team.

Background Profile:

  • Experience in troubleshooting processing issues using all four methods of manufacturing (Salt Bath, Microwave, Steam and HAV)
  • 3+ years of experience in the rubber or silicone extrusion processing
