Experienced Tree Climber / Crew Leader

What You’ll Need

• Experienced with managing crews and jobs
• Speaks English, Spanish a plus
• Experience performing ornamental and natural pruning and shaping
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Knowledge of knots, rigging techniques, tree cabling, and bracing
• Ensure all crew members follow company safety policies and procedures
• Able to perform heavy lifting, bending, standing, reaching, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Experience with/and able to operate chainsaws, chippers, trucks, stump grinders, lifts, or special equipment
• Knowledge of safe work procedures
• Customer service minded
• Tree ID skills and knowledge of proper pruning techniques
• Responsible for climbing, pruning, and removing trees
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a tree climber
• Experience climbing with and without spurs

Compensation: $25-$40 per hour and based on experience.

ISA Certified Arborist and Tree Workers are a Plus!

We desire applicants who possess a valid California Driver’s License with a good DMV record but we will review all applications
