Pay Range: $60,000 - $100,000

Whether it is customer service training or learning new technical skills, promoting continued education through our in-house training program is very important. As technology in our industry changes, we must adapt and refine our skills to help give our customers the best service possible.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home, service calls.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the overall success of the business.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. time
