: The Auto Glass Installer is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for every customer that enters the shop. This position requires adherence to the highest quality installation practices. The position is also responsible for informing customers of new products and services we offer.

Responsibilities

• Service customers in-shop and/or through our mobile service
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis
• Occasionally perform work outside as required
• Install auto glass per AGSC & urethane manufacturer specifications
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all new quotes and work orders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Occasionally travel to and from job sites
• Other duties as assigned relating to the successful operation of the branch
• 2+ years of previous auto glass installation experience
• Qualifications
• Inform customers of new products and services offered by First Option Auto Glass
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Operate standard mechanical and non-power tools
