Position Summary
  • UNION REPRESENTATION: Not represented
  • DIVISION: Administrative Services
  • POSITION PURPOSE: This temporary position with varied hours will provide intermittent project management and facilitation of Executive Recruitment focused on government-based clients. The work is highly independent and requires professional level representation of self and organization. Potential for work to expand into other facets of HR (Classification/Compensation, Training).
  • SUPERVISOR: Local Government Personnel Services (LGPS) Program
Qualifications
Minimum
  • 3 years' experience with full cycle recruitment, preferably at the executive level. *Training or education in the field may be substituted for some of the required experience.
Preferred
  • Experience with other HR functions
  • Experience in public service
  • Experience with unions, collective bargaining agreements
