Job Description

  • Must have valid FL DL**
  • Participate in department budget management & development
  • Train staff upon hire & as products / processes change; administer periodic training as needed
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience required in successfully managing custodial / cleaning business & supervising staff**
  • Develop effective PM schedule for flooring & carpeting
  • Maintain proper inventory or supplies; ensure SDSs are readily available for all chemicals
  • This is a working supervisory position
  • Oversee campus custodial & housekeeper staff for offices, common areas, & residential spaces
  • Assist staff as needed to carry out work assignments
  • Assess customer requests & plan work schedules to ensure adequate labor distribution
