About NCR
- Develop and execute HR plans for all M&A and NDA initiatives that require HR involvement.
- Implement governance within HR to prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Maintain HR portfolio of projects dashboard to report progress and maintain alignment with the HR L/T.
- Planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity involving but not limited to the areas of org design, total rewards, talent acquisition, compliance, etc.
- Develop, maintain, and lead the execution of the HR global projects portfolio.
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with HR COEs, Corporate Functions and Business.
- 5+ years leading a HR PMO office/practice.
- Experience in change management
- 8+ years in working human resources with international footprint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented.
- 8+ years in global HR transformation, process changes and implementations.
- Experience implementing HR changes in countries where work councils and unions exist
- Excellent communication skill, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree in related area
- A formal qualification in project management (PMP)
