The HR PMO Executive Director provides the HR Organization with the discipline to manage the portfolio of HR initiatives that enables the transformation and operationalization needs aligned with business strategies and goals. The PMO lead will guide the HR organization to prioritize all initiatives and balance resource capacity with business demands throughout the year. In this role, the HR PMO Executive director will represent HR in all company M&A and NDA initiatives and will decide to bring in the appropriate HR representatives as needed based on the specific business ask.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute HR plans for all M&A and NDA initiatives that require HR involvement.
  • Implement governance within HR to prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain HR portfolio of projects dashboard to report progress and maintain alignment with the HR L/T.
  • Planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity involving but not limited to the areas of org design, total rewards, talent acquisition, compliance, etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and lead the execution of the HR global projects portfolio.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with HR COEs, Corporate Functions and Business.


Key Requirements


  • 5+ years leading a HR PMO office/practice.
  • Experience in change management
  • 8+ years in working human resources with international footprint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented.
  • 8+ years in global HR transformation, process changes and implementations.
  • Experience implementing HR changes in countries where work councils and unions exist
  • Excellent communication skill, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related area


Desirable


  • A formal qualification in project management (PMP)
