Job Description

We are seeking a highly ambitious and flexible individual to fulfill the role of Executive Assistant for a busy executive in Minneapolis. This position requires a strong business focus, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage various tasks and projects at different stages. The successful candidate will serve as the principal's right-hand person, providing strategic support, administrative assistance, and acting as a neutral sounding board. This is a balanced role that requires professionalism, emotional maturity, and the ability to develop a strong working chemistry with the principal.


Responsibilities:

Business Support:

  • Manage multiple initiatives at different stages, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Assume the responsibilities of a Chief of Staff, handling strategy development, administrative tasks, and heavy project management.
  • Act as a representative of the principal, maintaining a professional demeanor and exhibiting tact and confidence in various situations.
  • Possess the ability to discern when to provide advice and opinions, while maintaining a neutral stance.
  • Display high energy levels to keep pace with the demands of a start-up or transition phase.

Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6pm with light after hours work. This role will be in person when the principal is in Minneapolis, which is about 30% of the time, otherwise, you will be working remotely.
