Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant - Sales & Marketing
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant in the Sales & Marketing department. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing executives, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling email correspondence.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit various sales and marketing documents, presentations, reports and other relevant documents as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings, conferences, and events .This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, arranging facilities, and taking meeting notes .
Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the Sales and Marketing department and internal/external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.Respond to inquiries, redirecting or escalating as necessary.
Data Management: Assist in managing and maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents pertaining to the Sales and Marketing department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a sales and marketing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing
