Excel Specialist/Data Entry - Production Dept.

Objective:

We are looking to fulfill our need for an Excel Specialist/Data Entry - Production Dept. at our Teterboro facility (in office position) who will be responsible for the following:

• Learn to print labels for the daily batches.
• Additional tasks as needed
• Responsible for data entry into Excel templates along with various other systems.
• Able to create and use Excel spreadsheets utilizing advanced functions as required.
• Maintain shipping and receiving logs, production reports, production meeting notes and assist with inventory adjustments.
• General office duties to include: filing (both electronic and hard copy), copying, scanning and label making.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the engineering department and additional personnel as required.
• Able to send UPS and FedEx packages.

Requirements

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excel certification a plus
• Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office
• Must be at an expert/advanced level in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, link spreadsheets, etc.)
• Prior data entry experience is a must
• Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant (non-medical/dental office) is required
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus

Hourly rate range: $20.00 - $30.00 (commensurate with experience)
