Location: Kohler, WI, in office at least 3 days per week
Opportunity
As a Project Manager, your role is to assist in managing projects and events from initiation to completion with support from your supervisor. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects while also coordinating various types of events from corporate meetings and events to social gatherings. Your excellent multitasking, organizational and communication skills will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of both projects and events.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be willing to travel for on-site execution, project management and event production. Approximately 3-5 times per year.
- Intermediate use and navigation in regularly used applications such as Workfront – project management system and DAM – Digital Assets Management. Training will be provided.
- Allocate and manage project/event resources to ensure efficient project/event execution. Coordinate with team members to ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
- Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues or risks that may impact the project’s success.
- Assist with intake of projects by defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive project plan ensuring key details are included to execute impactful brand messaging and experiences.
- Provide support to team members. Engage in creative dialogue with other communications professionals while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Facilitate effective communication and decision-making within the team.
- Source, select, and manage vendors and suppliers required for events. May include internal or external caterers, photographers, florists, and entertainment services. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that arise.
- Act as on-site contact and oversee logistical aspects of the event on the day of the event.
Skills/Requirements
- Knowledge of project management processes, event planning principles, and tools preferred.
- Builds strong relationships, collaborating, and communicating with partners.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and positive energy.
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent multitasking, detail oriented, strong communication, and ability to problem-solve with creative solutions.

The salary range for this position is $55,400 - $69,250. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
